Project Overview

A vibrant mixed-use development combining retail, office, and residential spaces in a modern architectural design that creates a new urban hub.

Challenge

Coordinating multiple building uses with different structural requirements and floor-to-floor heights within a unified structural system presented significant design challenges.

Solution

We designed a podium structure with transfer beams to accommodate the varying column grids of different uses. The residential towers utilized moment frames for seismic resistance while the retail podium featured long-span steel framing.
